I began to follow quilting blogs Originally just searching for ideas for new quilts. As I follow I have been amazed at the talented and creative women whose lives I have been fortunate to glimpse. The surprise is how I have enjoyed all the parts of the blogs that are not quilts! Well - my brain has already grown from all I have been seeing. I learn so much from surfing the internet and quilt blog hopping.
I'd really like to learn more about how you design a pattern for fabric. What steps are in the process. What software do you use? Photo software? How do you choose a color palette? All of the steps in actually creating a design for quilting fabric. That would be very interesting.
