So I'm a little buried in my sewing room right now with Christmas gift sewing, but loving it. I just have a tendency of starting the next one before finishing the last one. I'm sure I'm not the only one though, right? Inspirational overload seems to do that to crafters. :-)
Here's a lovely package I received from The Intrepid Thread the other day, it came wrapped and everything! And I was very impressed with the rich colour in this Rendezvous fabric . . .
And I actually spent the a couple hours fabric shopping this week (very rare for me because online shopping seems to be easier with little ones). And these fat quarters jumped into my hands, aren't they fun? I want to make a baby quilt with them, I'd love some pattern ideas again . . .
After all, you guys did a wonderful job suggesting patterns the last time I had this dilemma. And here is my New Wave quilt all cut up and in the midst of being pieced. I picked up the Fat Cats ruler from JoAnn's for a steal and had all the cutting done in no time.

Congratulations to the winner! Idea for a quilt - I saw those little triangles and thought, baby quilt with a bunting style pennant (like sweetwater did) yet make the little pennants as prairie points. I have 3 grandnieces under the age of 1, and these babies love to grab hold of things (and put things in their mouths). Prairie Points would be 3-dimensional and can have a solid background. Just a thought.
